Already Have a Website?

If you already have a website up and running, then use these updates to get the latest features and enhancements. Always create a backup of your website before attempting to upgrade to prevent data loss.  To apply an upgrade, follow these steps:

1. Use the links below to download the correct upgrade file to your Desktop
2. Open the Website Manager main menu and click the Online Updates icon
3. Click the Browse button to select the upgrade file from your Desktop and click "Upload and Upgrade" to apply the patch

• Version 2.08 (For versions 2.03+)
  • Applies all previous upgrades
  • Fixes the "Internal Server Error" when placing orders, caused by changes to PayPal
  • Corrects the display of recently-added catalog items to be the last 6 items
  • Installer now requires PHP version 5.0 or greater
• Google Sitemap Generator (Not supported)
  • Advanced users only—use at your own risk; no technical support provided
  • Provides a sitemap that can be used by Google search engine
  • Unzip the archive, and upload the file using File Explorer to your website
  • Refer to Google for more information on how to verify your site

Having Trouble Creating a Website?

If you are trying to create a website using the PC software, and you are having trouble getting the website to install on your ISP's server (e.g. "Invalid Serial Number" or "Cannot connect to database"), then apply the update below to your PC software.  To apply this update, you must follow these steps:

1. Download and unzip the archive
2. Execute the update
3. Run the PC program from the Start menu
4. Enter all the website details to re-create the website
5. Re-upload the files to your hosting account, which will erase any existing website
6. Open the website in your browser to complete the installation

These open source components are installed and configured for you, so there is no need to obtain these if you have already installed a ZebraDots website:

Please note that installing these components over an existing ZebraDots website may result in configuration errors and corruption of your system.
